Job Summary:
Provides nurse aide services in accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines of Sherman Home Care Partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrates excellence in customer satisfaction.
Follows a plan of care. Effectively communicates with the clinet and other employees taking care of the same patient.
Provides and documents clinical care to completely and accurately reflect the quality of care.
Completes and submits progress notes and billing tickets on time.
Supports decision making.
Compliance with regulatory and JCAHO requirements.
Education:
Graduate from accredited nurse aide program.
Certification:
Current IL Nurse Aide certification
Current CPR
