Sherman West Court, an affiliate of Sherman Health, is a 120 bed residential and medical facility, fully licensed by the State of Illinois, Joint Commission accredited and Medicare certified. Sherman West Court provides its residents and patients with short and long-term medical and nursing care, as well as rehabilitation and social services. To provide the maximum in benefits and services, we offer our residents three levels of care: skilled, sheltered and Medicare.
Job Duties:
A multi-disciplinary approach to patient care ensures that the needs of the patients and their families are met. The unit works closely with all disciplines to coordinate the care of the patients across the continuum of care.
Goals of Patient Care:
To provide high quality medical and nursing management of patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
To monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and continuously enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.
To reduce the cost of healthcare to consumers through effective and efficient management of resources.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current RN license to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible.
Additional Information
Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
