Complete Description
Provides homemaker/sitter services in accordance with policies,
procedures and guidelines of Sherman Home Care Partners. Demonstrates
excellence in customer satisfaction. Follows a plan of care.
Effectively communicates with the client and other employees taking
care of the same patient. Provides and documents care to completely and
accrately reflect the quality of care. Compliance with regulatory,
JCAHO, and IDPH requirements.
While performing this job, the
employee may care for patients ranging in age from 13 to 60+. Must be
able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to operate
therapeutic equipment.
Active CPR certification required. Driver's license and auto insurance preferred.
