Complete Description
A multi-disciplinary approach to patient care ensures that the needs
of the patients and their families are met. Works closely with all
disciplines to coordinate the care of the patients across the continuum
of care.
Goals of Patient Care:
To provide high quality medical and nursing management of patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
To monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and continuously enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.
To reduce the cost of healthcare to consumers through effective and efficient management of resources.
Delivers
age specific, high quality, patient care, using the nursing process
following policy and procedure, nursing standards, JCAHO criteria and
Sherman Heath System objectives.
Coordinates and manages patient care.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous emergency medicine experience; Current ACLS.
Licensure: Active Illinois Registered Nurse License
Additional Information
Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
